The STRETCH

Early in the morning, the healthy thing to do is stretch and drink water. Water jump starts your metabolism, and stretching gets your body ready for movement. Get your blood moving and take a walk. It can be a either a short walk or a long walk. It really doesn’t matter.
Everyone is different. There is no mold that works for every person. We are all different. Some walking is better than no walking. You may be able to build up your walking, speed, and time later with practice. Just start somewhere and start today. Do something, even if it isn’t much. Your body is the dwelling place of your spirit. Take care of it. It is where God is too. The more care you put into your body, the longer it will last.
Just as stretching helps your body, it can be used in other areas of your life as well. Practice stretching yourself in business. Go a little further in goal setting by stretching to meet your goals. You may be surprised how well you do. The stretching principles are the same in all areas of your life. As it takes effort to get out of bed and physically stretch your body.
It takes effort to stretch in business. Reach out to obtain your dreams. It will take faith and action to bring it to pass, but it can happen for you. Faith without working, walking, and stretching will profit you nothing.
The process of faith is WALKING. It is the daily walk that brings about change, not leaping, jumping, or running. Even living by faith is to walk one step at a time. As we exercise natural law, we can exercise spiritual law too. The walk of faith rids us of unwanted baggage, so does the natural walk. Isn’t this something? Natural law usually always lines up with the spiritual law.
Do well for yourself, so you can do well for others. Take the steps of faith in both your spiritual and natural life. Take one step at a time, and you will get where you need to be. It takes faith to stretch, so start today!
